Frequently asked questions about pricing

How are interior architect fees calculated?

Usually per square metre or as a percentage of the construction cost, depending on the scope: concept and plans only, selection of materials and furniture, or full service with site supervision. Our estimate combines these criteria with the desired level of finish.

Is the renovation budget included in the fees?

No. Fees cover design, coordination and supervision. Works, furniture and materials are paid directly to contractors and suppliers. The estimate shows both amounts separately to give you an overall envelope.

What happens after the estimate?

Renata contacts you for a first 30-minute conversation. If the project and budget are consistent, we schedule a site visit and you then receive a detailed proposal.
