When should we bring you in?
As early as possible, ideally at the preliminary design stage. That is when interior choices cost the least to integrate. We can also come in later, on a specific unit or for a show apartment.
How does the collaboration work day to day?
We work from your plans and your tools, with a regular check-in agreed together. Our deliverables are ready for execution: plans, specifications, material sheets and coordination with suppliers.
Do you handle buyers on a development?
Yes. We meet each buyer, guide them through the choice of finishes and manage customisations, which frees up your teams.
Do you work outside the Lake Geneva region?
